Hyderabad, Telangana, India, November 2025 — Amara Raja Group has announced the appointment of Manvi Singh as Business HR Head – Advanced Cell Technologies (AR-ACT), a critical leadership role within its rapidly growing New Energy business. With nearly two decades of experience across global organizations and diverse industries, Manvi brings deep expertise in organization design, people strategy, and capability development.
Before this elevation, Manvi served as Associate Vice President – HR for the New Energy Business (AR-ACT), where she played a key role in shaping talent frameworks and building scalable HR structures to support one of the group’s most innovation-led verticals. Her eight-year tenure at Pidilite Industries Ltd. was especially impactful — she led HR for the Sales & Marketing workforce, managing a field force of over 6,000 employees and implementing structured capability-building initiatives that significantly enhanced talent retention and leadership pipeline strength.
Manvi’s earlier career includes HR leadership roles at Reliance Industries Limited, Baxter International Inc., Novartis, and Godrej Industries Group, where she gained extensive exposure to global HR operations, performance management, total rewards, and organizational transformation. At Pidilite, she also led Business HR (Organizational Development) and served as Head HR for International & Domestic Subsidiaries, driving transformation across South-East Asia, SAARC, Africa, the Middle East, and Brazil through structural redesign, governance strengthening, and the establishment of complete HR frameworks for multiple entities.
In her new role at Amara Raja Advanced Cell Technologies, Manvi will lead the people and organizational strategy for a business unit central to the Group’s sustainability and innovation agenda — driving leadership readiness, workforce capability, and talent alignment in the rapidly evolving energy and technology ecosystem.
