Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — Anuj Ahuja has been appointed as Vice President – International Business Development at RMX Industries Pvt. Ltd., where he will lead global expansion for the company’s flagship brands BluBird® and BluShield®. With more than twenty years of experience in international sales, OEM partnerships, and large-scale business development across the automotive, engineering, and industrial sectors, he brings a strong record of global market penetration. In this role, he will focus on strengthening RMX’s reach across the AMERICAS region while expanding direct-import partnerships with Big-Box Retailers.
Before joining RMX Industries, Anuj played a pivotal role at GROZ Tools Pvt. Ltd., leading international retail expansion and driving growth across more than 85 global markets. His work enhanced product penetration, strengthened global distribution networks, and deepened customer partnerships across automotive, engineering, and industrial tools. His expertise in channel management, international marketing, and strategic partnerships further elevated GROZ’s global footprint.
Prior to that, he served as Head of International Sales (General Manager) at AGI Glaspac (An SBU of HSIL), managing global sales of specialized glass bottles for cold drinks, liquor, wine, perfumes, medicines, and FMCG products. His leadership enabled AGI to enhance export market performance and improve engagement with global FMCG customers across multiple continents.
Earlier, Anuj strengthened international and domestic markets as Head of International Business Development (General Manager) at Climax Overseas Pvt. Ltd., where he led sales, marketing, OEM engagement, and customer acquisition across large industrial and engineering segments. His ability to drive sustained growth across both Indian and global markets highlighted his strong commercial acumen.
Anuj further broadened his leadership experience at Escorts Kubota Limited, where he led International Business & Domestic OEM Sales for the company’s automotive suspension products. His responsibilities covered markets across Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, South & Central America, and SAARC nations. He later contributed to expansion roles at Krishna Maruti Group and led marketing and business development at Sanden Vikas India Pvt. Ltd., building his foundation in global automotive markets.
He began his career at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a Professional Business Counsellor, supporting the launch of tubeless tyres in India and managing dealer development across key regions. He subsequently gained leadership and mentoring experience at Max Life Insurance, where he guided sales teams, developed agent careers, and earned recognition as Sales Manager of the Year for exceptional performance.
