Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, November 2025 — Remi Roques has started a new position as Chief Business Improvement Officer at DINGO, the global leader in predictive maintenance solutions for asset-intensive industries. In this strategic role, he is focused on refining DINGO’s organizational systems, strengthening processes, driving innovation, and enabling teams with effective workflows that align with the company’s long-term vision of operational excellence and digital transformation.
Immediately prior to taking up this role, Remi spent over ten years at Broadsign as Managing Director, VP & General Manager, APAC, where he led the Asia-Pacific business, oversaw regional growth, and strengthened Broadsign’s leadership position as a global software provider in the Out-Of-Home advertising industry. His responsibilities included building long-term partnerships, driving strategy, scaling operations, and representing the company’s technology leadership across four continents.
Before Broadsign, Remi spent more than a year as Managing Director of Remi Roques Consulting, an IT consulting firm he founded to help small and medium-sized businesses adopt new technologies. His work included leading information security assessments, overseeing custom software development, guiding project management initiatives, and supporting organizations such as Konica Minolta, Bayer, Corum Group, and First Databank with technology transformation and capability strengthening.
Earlier in his career, Remi built strong leadership foundations through roles at Dassault Systèmes as Consulting Manager, where he led mining consulting and participated in major acquisition due diligence; at Mincom (Hitachi ABB) as Senior Project Manager, leading enterprise-scale implementations for clients including BHP-Billiton, Rio Tinto, and Xstrata; and across business development roles for innovative companies in Australia and France. He also held prestigious early roles as a Software Development Team Leader at Pagoo.com, R&D Engineer at Airbus Helicopters, Oil Exploration Field Engineer at Schlumberger, Software Engineer at Dassault Aviation, and completed an internship with NASA. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris.
Across his extensive global career, Remi has demonstrated deep expertise in business strategy, transformation, enterprise technology, M&A, leadership, and software development—bringing a rare combination of strategic foresight and operational experience to his new role at DINGO.
