Hyderabad, Telangana, India, December 2025 – Ravi Tadepalli has joined Lyric.ai as India Country Head, spearheading the expansion of Lyric’s Global Capability Center in Hyderabad. In his new role, he will drive Lyric India’s transformation into a true Center of Excellence, aligning it with the company’s mission of delivering strategic value to customers and fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
Prior to joining Lyric.ai, Ravi Tadepalli served as Vice President Engineering & GCC Country Head – India at Storable, where he played a pivotal role in establishing a 200+ member Global Capability Center in Hyderabad. He led initiatives across HR, IT, Finance, and Vendor Management, introducing AI-driven tools that significantly enhanced internal efficiency and customer satisfaction. His leadership in building culture and operational excellence marked a transformative phase for Storable India.
Before his tenure at Storable, Ravi held the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering at Sterling Talent Solutions, where he led the India Development and Technology Center. He oversaw product delivery across cloud-based background screening solutions and was an active member of the Mumbai Leadership Team, promoting branding, company culture, and talent progression.
Earlier, he served as Principal Software Engineering Director at Microsoft India, leading core engineering functions across HR, Finance, Legal, and Sales & Marketing domains. He was instrumental in delivering scalable enterprise solutions, integrated data flows, and robust compliance platforms using telemetry and advanced monitoring.
He also held multiple leadership roles at Runaware, including VP Engineering and Director of Software Development, where he was responsible for product development, delivery, and India operations. He began his career with technical and managerial roles at Sabre Inc. and Concurrent Technologies Corporation.
