Belgrade, Serbia, December 2025 – Milan Bursac has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition at OIP Insurtech, strengthening the company’s global people strategy and leadership capability. In his new role, he will lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition, employer branding, workforce planning, performance frameworks, people analytics, and employee engagement initiatives across OIP Insurtech’s expanding international operations.
At OIP Insurtech, Milan has built a strong leadership career spanning close to a decade. Prior to his elevation, he served as Talent Experience Manager, where he led recruitment strategy, employee engagement programs, onboarding frameworks, internal communications, HR analytics, and learning and development initiatives, significantly improving workforce experience and retention.
Earlier, he worked as an HR Generalist at OIP Insurtech, managing HR policy frameworks, recruitment processes, performance management systems, employee relations, compliance documentation, and HR metrics, laying the foundation for scalable HR operations across business units.
Before transitioning into HR leadership, Milan gained strong operational exposure through roles in accounting and administration, developing analytical rigor and business discipline that now inform his people leadership approach.
