Singapore, January 2026 — Cognita Schools has appointed Jayne Pryce as Regional Managing Director, Asia. Based in Singapore, Jayne will lead Cognita’s regional strategy and operations across Asia, bringing extensive leadership experience across enterprise services, transformation, and complex, people-intensive businesses.
In the months leading up to this appointment, Jayne Pryce served as an Industry Adviser (term contract) to a leading global private equity firm, supporting M&A activity across Southeast Asia. Her focus areas included due diligence, integration, and value creation strategy, particularly in people-heavy, compliance-sensitive services businesses.
Jayne also undertook a purposeful period on sabbatical (about 15 months) focused on family, health, and travel, while staying close to industry through board advisory support and interim chair roles, preparing to return to a full-time leadership remit beginning January 2026.
Prior to her sabbatical, Jayne held senior leadership roles at CBRE Asia Pacific for close to four years, progressing through multiple mandates including Managing Director, SVP Asia Pacific, GWS Enterprise, and Regional President, GWS Enterprise. In these roles, she contributed to enterprise growth and leadership across the region, working closely with senior stakeholders in large-scale client environments.
Before CBRE, Jayne spent nearly 11 years with ISS A/S, holding a series of regional and global transformation and transition leadership roles in Asia Pacific. Her responsibilities spanned major enterprise transitions, sector leadership (including Pharma & Tech, APAC), global key accounts work, and multi-country transformation programmes across Singapore and the wider region. Earlier, she also worked with ISS Facility Services – Hong Kong, including roles in corporate development and corporate services.
Cognita Schools is part of a global schools network, offering career opportunities for teachers and support staff with an international dimension through its schools and offices across five regions. Cognita’s focus is on helping its community thrive in a rapidly evolving world, supported by a connected global education platform.
