Melissa Dias Appointed as Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Cactus Life Sciences

London, United Kingdom, January 2026 – Melissa Dias has started a new professional chapter as Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Cactus Life Sciences, taking on a global leadership mandate to scale and strengthen hiring strategies across multiple regions. In her new role, Dias leads worldwide talent acquisition efforts, partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to align talent strategy with business growth while building systems and processes that deliver the right talent, at the right time, in the right markets.

Prior to joining Cactus Life Sciences, Dias built a distinguished career with Cactus Communications, where she spent nearly thirteen years in progressive global talent acquisition leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Director, Global Talent Acquisition, leading hiring strategies for a science communication and technology organization focused on AI-powered solutions that advance how research is funded, published, and discovered. Earlier, she progressed through leadership roles including Associate Director, Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Associate, Global Talent Acquisition, where she played a central role in building and scaling global hiring functions across the life sciences and medical communications ecosystem.

Earlier in her career, Dias worked with Yotak Human Resources as a Junior Consultant and began her professional journey as a Management Trainee at Executive Tracks Associates, developing a strong foundation in recruitment consulting, talent advisory, and end-to-end hiring operations.
