Atlanta, Georgia, United States, January 2026 – Rebecca Arnold has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Aptean, stepping into the company’s top people leadership position after more than six years of progressive HR leadership within the organization. She will lead global human capital strategy, executive development, and organizational transformation for Aptean’s worldwide workforce.
Rebecca has built her career at Aptean over the past six years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President Human Resources. Prior to that, she held the role of Vice President Human Resources, where she partnered closely with business leaders to shape talent strategy, leadership development, and workforce planning across the enterprise. Her tenure also included positions as Senior Director – Human Resources Americas and Global Strategic Programs and Director Human Resources Americas and Global Strategic Programs, where she led regional HR operations and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
In addition to her executive responsibilities at Aptean, Rebecca is an active Member of Chief, the global network dedicated to advancing women into senior leadership and strengthening cross-industry collaboration among women executives.
Before joining Aptean, Rebecca spent more than two decades with North Highland, progressing through multiple senior HR leadership roles. As Vice President, Human Resources and Business Alignment, she designed and led strategic change management during periods of growth and acquisitions, built multinational HR infrastructure, and served as executive sponsor for Workday implementation. Earlier, she was Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Business Partner, leading a team of 15 HR professionals and overseeing HR operations, analytics, and total rewards across North America and the United Kingdom. Her journey at North Highland also included roles as Director of Performance and Rewards and Human Resources Manager, where she shaped executive performance frameworks and global compensation strategies.
