Bangalore, Karnataka, India, January 2026 – Ratish Menon has been promoted to Area Vice President – BFSI at ServiceNow India, marking a significant advancement in his leadership journey within the organization. In this role, he will spearhead ServiceNow’s strategic growth across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector in India, driving digital transformation initiatives and expanding the adoption of the Now Platform among leading financial institutions.
Prior to this elevation, Ratish Menon served as National Head – BFSI at ServiceNow, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s footprint across marquee BFSI accounts. Over nearly two years with ServiceNow, he successfully built high-performing teams, deepened executive relationships, and accelerated enterprise adoption of workflow automation and customer experience solutions tailored for the financial services ecosystem.
Before joining ServiceNow, he spent five impactful years at Salesforce, rising to the position of Regional Vice President. During this tenure, he led growth across the BFSI portfolio in India, driving cloud transformation programs and expanding Salesforce’s presence in large banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies. His earlier role as Regional Sales Director – BFSI saw him shaping multi-year digital roadmaps and delivering strong revenue momentum across all product lines.
Earlier in his career, Ratish Menon held multiple leadership roles at Oracle, including Sales Director – CX (SaaS) and CX Country Lead – Oracle Digital Prime, where he enabled mid-market and enterprise clients to reimagine customer engagement through cloud CRM solutions. He also gained valuable experience at Teradata and SAP, managing strategic BFSI accounts and driving analytics and enterprise application adoption. His foundational years at Oracle Corporation were centered on technology license sales, CXO engagement, and large deal structuring across South India.
