Metro Jacksonville ,United States, February 2026 — Danielle Gabelli, MSHRM, has been appointed as Vice President, Human Resources at HURC Healthcare Solutions. In her new role, she will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, supporting workforce effectiveness, operational scalability, and people-centric transformation across the healthcare services ecosystem.
Danielle brings more than two decades of progressive HR leadership experience across healthcare, health technology, and professional services. Prior to joining HURC Healthcare Solutions, she served as Vice President, People & Operations at Valerion Health, where she led people strategy, organizational operations, and culture initiatives in a high-growth, remote-first environment.
Earlier, she held the role of Director of Human Capital at Curation Health, followed by a long tenure as Executive Director of Human Resources at CorroHealth, where she was instrumental in strengthening HR infrastructure, talent management, and benefits administration across complex healthcare operations.
Her earlier career includes senior talent and HR leadership roles at DiSKRITER Inc, Deloitte Consulting, The BISYS Group, Ernst & Young, and The Atlas Group, where she built deep expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and HR program implementation across healthcare, consulting, and technology-driven organizations.
In her new position at HURC Healthcare Solutions, Danielle is expected to play a key role in advancing HR governance, talent strategy, and organizational resilience as the company continues to support providers through operational excellence and clinical revenue optimization.
