Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 — Srinivas Kanumuri has joined Matrix Business Services India Private Limited as Senior Vice President, where he will lead and scale the company’s Employee Background Verification (EBGC) vertical. In his new role, he will partner with teams and clients to strengthen trust, compliance, and hiring excellence across industries, driving the next growth phase of Matrix’s background verification practice.
Before joining Matrix Business Services India Private Limited, Srinivas Kanumuri co-founded Novus Learning and served as Co-Founder & Head of Product at Deeksha, while also leading Knowvo as Co-Founder & Head of Product. Across these ventures, he focused on building scalable education technology platforms that expanded access to high-quality learning through digital innovation and hybrid delivery models.
Earlier, he spent several years at Minton Consulting in senior leadership roles including Director – Management Consulting and Director of Operations, where he delivered large-scale operational excellence and cost optimization programs across industries. His work helped organizations unlock significant efficiency gains, scale new businesses, and implement end-to-end strategy and operations transformations.
Prior to consulting leadership, Srinivas Kanumuri held strategic and operational roles at Reliance Jio, Takshashila Consulting, and AFCONS Infrastructure Limited, driving business performance, large regional programs, and process transformation initiatives. His early career includes technical and automation leadership roles at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, General Motors, and Tata Consultancy Services, building a strong foundation in technology-enabled operational excellence.
