Franklin, Tennessee, United States, February 2026 —Bill McConnell has started a new position as Chief Operating & People Officer, Partner at Provisions Group, marking a significant leadership elevation within the organization. In this expanded role, he will oversee company-wide operational excellence, talent architecture, execution of CEO vision, and P&L stewardship to drive sustainable growth and delivery consistency across business units.
As Chief Operating & People Officer, Bill owns delivery standards, methodologies, and quality assurance across the firm, ensuring consistent operating rhythms and removing friction between sales, delivery, and finance. He also leads the company’s talent model, defining competencies, career paths, onboarding frameworks, and performance standards while partnering with business unit leaders on budgets, forecasting, utilization, and delivery economics.
Bill has been part of Provisions Group since 2018, previously serving as Partner and CXO, where he was responsible for growth, service delivery, and consulting practice oversight. During this time, he played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s consulting services and strengthening its trusted IT solutions and recruiting capabilities.
Prior to joining Provisions Group, Bill served as Director at HCA Healthcare (HCA IT&S), where he led Business Intelligence, analytics, and reporting initiatives across multiple service centers and facilities. Earlier, he held several senior leadership roles at Asurion, including Acting Vice President for IT Strategy, Planning & Operations, and Director-level positions across enterprise data services and program management. He began his career with Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), where he spent over a decade leading complex financial services technology programs for Fortune 100 clients.
