Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 – Ullas Ks has started a new position as Senior Director – Head Talent Acquisition Technology Consulting & University Hiring – South Asia at IQVIA. In this expanded leadership role, he will oversee talent acquisition strategy for technology consulting and early career hiring across South Asia, aligning recruitment capabilities with business growth and innovation priorities.
Ullas has been part of IQVIA for over eleven years, steadily progressing through multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Director – Head Talent Acquisition Technology, Analytics, Consulting & Campus, GCC – South Asia, where he managed talent acquisition teams and budgets, implemented AI-driven recruitment tools, and built scalable hiring strategies for technology and campus talent. His work included integrating automation into sourcing and screening, driving employer branding initiatives, strengthening university partnerships, and ensuring compliance and audit readiness across recruitment processes.
Earlier at IQVIA, Ullas held roles including Associate Director – Talent Acquisition, Technology – GCC & Campus Head – India, Manager – Talent Acquisition, Clinical & Campus, and Senior Consultant Talent Acquisition, building deep expertise across clinical, technology, analytics, and early career hiring. His leadership has consistently focused on performance culture, KPI-driven delivery, and aligning talent acquisition with mergers, ramp planning, and business development goals.
Prior to IQVIA, Ullas served as Talent Acquisition Lead at GE, handling recruitment across multiple GE entities. He also held talent acquisition roles at Alstom, Manpower, and Priority Solutions, building a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and large-scale hiring operations.
Ullas holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
