St. Cloud, Minnesota, United States, February 2026 – Alyssa Cross has started a new position as Vice President of Customer & People Experience at Park Industries, expanding her leadership mandate to integrate customer and associate experience across the enterprise.
In this newly created role, Alyssa provides enterprise leadership over all Customer Experience functions, including Field Service and Installation, Installation Preparation, Order Entry, Training, Customer Service, and Human Resources. By aligning associate experience with customer experience, she is driving a unified strategy that empowers teams with the systems, tools, and support needed to deliver confidence, consistency, competence, and empathy across every customer interaction.
Prior to this appointment, Alyssa served as Vice President Human Resources at Park Industries, where she led people strategy and HR transformation initiatives. Her work reinforced the connection between internal culture and external customer outcomes, laying the foundation for her expanded responsibilities.
Earlier, Alyssa held senior HR leadership roles at EssilorLuxottica as Director, HR Business Partnering RX Manufacturing and Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering, where she partnered closely with manufacturing leadership to align workforce strategy with operational excellence. She also served as Senior People Business Partner at Zume Inc., and spent over four years at RESA Power in HR leadership roles, including Human Resource Director.
Alyssa holds an MBA in Business Administration from Bethel University, strengthening her ability to integrate business strategy with people and customer outcomes.
