Lusaka Province, Zambia, March 2026 – Wilson Moyo has started a new position as Group Head – People & Culture at Hollard Zambia, where he will lead the organization’s people strategy and cultural transformation initiatives. In this role, Moyo will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people and culture strategy aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and business objectives.
As part of his mandate, Moyo will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the business. His responsibilities include overseeing the full employee lifecycle, implementing talent management strategies, supporting leadership development programs, and ensuring that people strategies are closely aligned with the company’s growth and sustainability goals.
Prior to joining Hollard Zambia, Moyo served as Head of Human Capital & Administration at Infratel Zambia for approximately five years. In this role, he led the organization’s human capital strategy, overseeing workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, performance management frameworks, and talent development programs that supported the company’s operational and strategic objectives.
Earlier, Moyo held the position of Group Head of Human Resources at Aflife Holdings Limited, where he oversaw HR functions across the group’s financial services and consulting businesses. His responsibilities included policy formulation, governance and compliance, talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, remuneration and benefits management, and serving as Secretary to the HR Committee of the Board.
Before that, Moyo worked as Head of Human Resources at Mahogany Air & BSBK Limited, where he led initiatives related to organizational development, culture transformation, talent management, and performance management systems. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior HR Business Partner at Vodafone, contributing to HR strategy implementation and organizational development initiatives.
Moyo began his professional journey in HR and administrative roles with organizations including BSBK Group of Companies, The Copperbelt University, Varun Beverages Limited, Stanbic Bank Zambia, and Barclays, where he developed foundational experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
