Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 2026 — American Hospital Dubai has announced the appointment of Rohit Gandhi as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Gandhi will lead the finance function across the group, supporting financial governance, performance management, and long-term growth priorities for one of Dubai’s most established private healthcare providers.
Before taking on the Group CFO mandate, Gandhi served as Chief Financial Officer at American Hospital Dubai from December 2023 to March 2026, building continuity in leadership while strengthening financial oversight and decision-making across the organization.
Prior to joining American Hospital Dubai, Gandhi served as Chief Financial Officer at Fakeeh University Hospital (June 2021 to December 2023). Earlier, he spent more than four years as Chief Financial Officer at Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres, where he was designated as Head of Finance for multiple hospitals and medical centers and led finance and insurance (RCM) responsibilities, including financial performance, cashflow, balance sheet discipline, expansion planning, and commercial negotiations.
Gandhi’s broader healthcare finance leadership experience also includes roles at VPS Healthcare, where he served as Head of Finance: Dubai & Northern Emirates, and previously as Head Operations Finance & Business Analysis, focusing on financial controls, consolidated MIS, budgeting, internal controls, and performance reviews across hospital units.
Earlier in his career, he served as Director Finance & Company Secretary at Saket City Hospital, Senior Vice President – Corporate Finance at Max Healthcare Institute Limited, and held finance leadership roles at Ericsson India, Samtel Colors Limited, and Mark Exhaust Systems Limited, building a strong foundation across corporate finance, operations finance, and governance.
