Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2026 – Praveen Kumar has started a new role as Head HR and Admin at Sandhar Technologies Ltd., taking charge of the HR and administrative functions at the organization’s R&D Center in Gurgaon.
In his new position, Praveen will lead people strategy, HR operations, and administrative functions, supporting organizational growth, talent development, and workforce effectiveness in a rapidly evolving manufacturing and engineering environment.
Prior to joining Sandhar Technologies, Praveen spent over a decade at Carrier Wheels Pvt. Ltd. as HR Manager, where he played a key role in managing end-to-end HR functions, building strong people practices, and supporting business operations across the organization.
Earlier, he worked as an HR Executive at Sportking India Limited, where he began developing his expertise in HR operations, employee management, and organizational processes.
Praveen holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Kurukshetra University, equipping him with a strong foundation in people management and organizational development.
