New Delhi, Delhi, India, April 2026 — Manohar G. has been appointed as HR Business Leader for the Customer Experience Integrated Unit (CEIU) at Infosys BPM. In this role, he will lead the HR agenda overseeing the full spectrum of human resources, while integrating talent practices and strategy to shape a cohesive global HR operating model for the customer experience business. The move marks a meaningful shift closer to the business after a long and impactful journey within the organization, and reflects the confidence Infosys BPM has placed in his deep understanding of organization development, people architecture, and enterprise talent frameworks.
Before stepping into this role, Manohar G. served as Senior Principal – Organization Development at Infosys BPM, where he led global functions spanning people architecture, organization design, people integration and change management, career design, talent growth, mobility and assessments, leadership succession, and organization effectiveness. Earlier, as Principal – Organization Development, he worked on areas such as skill-based organization design, leadership pipelines, and sustainable organization design for profitable growth, further strengthening his position as a key people strategist within the company.
Prior to that, he held the roles of Senior Practice Lead – Organization Development, Practice Lead – Organization Development, Senior Lead – Organization Development, Lead – Organization Development, and Sr. Associate Lead – OD at Infosys BPM. Across these assignments, he managed global portfolios covering internal growth, role and career architecture, banding, balanced scorecards, business unit modeling, succession planning, leadership assessments, and OD interventions. He also spent an earlier phase of his career at the company as Business Partner – HR, where he managed employee relations, business HR requirements, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, internal mobility, and the execution of organizational best practices.
Before his long tenure at Infosys BPM, Manohar G. worked with Merino Consulting Services as HR Manager, where he helped set up HR systems for the ERP services company and managed HR and administrative functions with a small team. This role added practical leadership experience in building HR structures and supporting organizational growth in a smaller business environment.
Earlier in his professional journey, he was associated with Planman Media as Assistant Editor, where he handled diverse responsibilities across publications, website development, research, training and development, and academic teaching. He also worked briefly as Management Trainee – HR at iServices, where he gained exposure to recruitment and performance management systems. With more than 17 years at Infosys BPM and earlier experience across HR and business-facing roles, Manohar G. brings a rare combination of organization design expertise, HR leadership, and business alignment to his new position.
