Hyderabad, Telangana, India, April 2026 – Meenakshi Chhillar has been elevated to the role of Vice President, India HR Country Leader at ModMed India, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished human resources leadership journey. In this role, she will lead the India HR strategy, driving talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness as the company continues its growth trajectory.
Prior to this elevation, Meenakshi served as Senior Director, India HR Country Leader at ModMed India, where she partnered with global and local leadership to shape people strategy, oversee talent development, and strengthen organizational capability across the India operations.
Before joining ModMed, she was associated with Gainsight as Head of India HR, where she led the India HR organization and Global HR Shared Services across multiple geographies including the US, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, and Israel. She played a key role in scaling HR operations, driving workforce strategy, and leading transformation initiatives during a high-growth phase.
Earlier in her career, Meenakshi spent over a decade with Publicis Sapient, where she held multiple leadership roles across talent management and global people shared services. She was instrumental in designing talent development frameworks, performance management systems, and managing HR operations across North America.
She began her career with Vedam InfoTech Pvt Ltd, gaining foundational experience in HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment.
With nearly two decades of experience, Meenakshi brings deep expertise in global HR strategy, talent management, shared services, and organizational transformation, making her well-positioned to lead ModMed India’s people agenda.
Meenakshi holds an MBA in Human Resources from Maharshi Dayanand University and has completed The Future CHRO Programme from Indian School of Business, further strengthening her leadership credentials.
