Aarti has been part of Eeze for over two years, most recently serving as Vice President Human Resources, where she played a critical role in shaping the company’s HR strategy, supporting business growth, and strengthening leadership capabilities across geographies. Her promotion to Chief People Officer underscores her impact and leadership within the organization.
Prior to joining Eeze, Aarti spent over 15 years with The Rank Group plc, where she held multiple leadership roles of increasing responsibility. As HR Director – International & Interactive, she led HR strategy across diverse markets, supporting both operational and digital business segments. She also served as Head of HR – London, Support & International and earlier as Regional HR Business Partner, where she partnered closely with business leaders to drive HR strategy, branding, team engagement, and performance outcomes.
Her earlier career includes roles with Research International (WPP) as a Senior HR Advisor, and with Liz Claiborne, Mexx & Monet, where she built foundational experience in HR operations and advisory.
Aarti holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University, reflecting her strong grounding in HR leadership and people strategy.
