Prior to stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer at Belmont Healthcare, Claire served as Director of Care within the organization, where she played a critical role in elevating care standards and strengthening operational frameworks.
Alongside her corporate leadership journey, Claire has been actively leading Care Leaders Consultancy Ltd as a Director, bringing over a decade of advisory experience in coaching, quality patient care, and operational improvement across the healthcare sector.
Earlier, she held the position of Operations Manager at Agincare Group, where she was responsible for managing care operations and driving service delivery improvements across multiple locations.
She also served as Regional Operations Manager at Care South and RCH Care Homes, where she led regional operations, ensuring compliance, quality standards, and operational performance across care facilities.
Her experience at Anchor Trust as District Manager further strengthened her leadership in managing care services at scale, including supporting dementia care initiatives and improving person-centered care delivery.
Claire’s early career includes hands-on leadership roles such as Registered Manager at Byway Care Ltd and Victoria Lodge, where she successfully transformed underperforming care homes into fully compliant, high-performing facilities, demonstrating her strong capability in turnaround management and regulatory excellence.
She began her career in care leadership as a Deputy Manager at West Sussex County Council, managing complex care environments including dementia crisis units and day care centers.
With extensive experience across healthcare operations, dementia care, and organizational leadership, Claire brings a proven track record in enhancing care quality, operational transformation, and team leadership.
