With nearly two decades of experience in the workforce solutions industry, Manish Singh has established a strong reputation for building high-performing teams, delivering business growth, and leading large-scale staffing operations. In his new role as Senior Vice President at Gi Group, he will focus on strengthening the company’s staffing and HR solutions business while advancing strategic initiatives that support clients in navigating the evolving world of work.
Prior to joining Gi Group, Manish spent almost seven years with Randstad India, most recently serving as Vice President – Staffing Business, where he was responsible for driving staffing operations, business expansion, and strategic growth initiatives. He initially joined the company as Regional Business Head – General Staffing, North India, leading business development and operational excellence across the region before expanding his responsibilities to oversee broader staffing operations.
Before Randstad, Manish built an impressive nine-year career at Adecco, progressing through multiple leadership positions including Associate Director – General Staffing Business, Head – General Staffing Business, West India, Operations Head, Operations Developer, and Branch Manager. During his tenure, he successfully led large regional teams, managed end-to-end HR solutions, strengthened operational efficiency, and delivered sustainable profitability through strategic sales and operations leadership.
Earlier in his career, Manish worked with YOU Broadband India Ltd., where he held roles in Sales & Retention and Territory Sales Executive, gaining valuable experience in customer acquisition, sales management, and business development. His diverse leadership journey has equipped him with deep expertise in general staffing, workforce solutions, HR operations, business strategy, sales leadership, customer relationship management, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
