Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Britannia Industries Limited has announced the appointment of P M Srinivas as Vice President – Human Resources (Designate). He will join the organization on April 21, 2026, and assume full responsibilities from May 16, following the transition of Ritesh Rana, who will be stepping down from his role to pursue opportunities outside the organization.
The leadership transition marks a significant step for Britannia as it continues to strengthen its people strategy in line with its long-term growth ambitions and transformation journey.
Prior to this appointment, P M Srinivas served with Procter & Gamble for over two decades, most recently as Vice President & HR Head – India Sub-Continent and Executive Director on the Board of Gillette India Ltd. In this role, he led the people strategy across multiple manufacturing plants, R&D hubs, and distribution networks, driving large-scale organizational transformation and workforce integration initiatives.
During his tenure at P&G, he played a pivotal role in organizational redesign, digital HR transformation through Workday implementation, and large-scale workforce integrations, while also strengthening leadership pipelines and enhancing employee engagement frameworks.
Earlier, he held leadership roles including Senior Director & HR Head – Indian Sub-Continent and Business & Organization Strategy Director – Indonesia & Supply Chain HR Head, Southeast Asia, where he drove regional HR strategies, built high-performing teams, and supported business expansion across multiple international markets.
His career also includes significant contributions in supply chain HR leadership, sales organization HR strategy, compensation & benefits, and HRIS transformation, reflecting a well-rounded expertise in building scalable and future-ready organizations across geographies.
