Chicago, Illinois, United States, April 2026 — Allison England has been elevated to the role of Head of Communications for Global Markets at GE HealthCare, marking an important expansion in her leadership scope as the company evolves its global commercial strategy.
In this role, Allison will support the newly formed Global Markets structure—designed to strengthen execution, reduce complexity, and accelerate growth across regions (excluding China). She will continue to work closely with senior leadership, including Catherine Estrampes, as the organization aligns its communications with its broader commercial transformation agenda.
Allison England has been with GE HealthCare for over three years, most recently serving as Head of Communications – U.S. and Canada. In this role, she played a critical part in shaping the company’s voice following its spin-off into an independent, publicly traded healthcare technology leader. She led integrated internal and external communications strategies, advised senior leadership, and built high-impact communications programs aligned with business and commercial priorities.
Prior to GE HealthCare, Allison served as Vice President, Corporate Communications at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, where she provided strategic communications counsel to leading industrial and technology clients, including organizations navigating complex global scenarios such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
Earlier, she spent over seven years at Pratt & Whitney, where she held multiple roles across strategic communications, commercial engine programs, and executive leadership communications. She played a key role in managing global communication strategies during periods of transformation and disruption in the aviation sector.
Her early career included roles in healthcare communications and journalism, building a strong foundation in storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and high-impact communication strategies across industries.
In her expanded role, Allison will focus on strengthening GE HealthCare’s global communications framework, enabling cohesive messaging, and supporting business growth through strategic stakeholder engagement.
