Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Paruchuri Srihari has been elevated to the role of Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Interise, marking a significant milestone in his nearly eight-year journey with the organization.
In his new role, Srihari will play a critical part in strengthening Interise’s financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence as the company continues to scale its infrastructure portfolio and enhance value delivery across its highway assets.
Srihari has been associated with Interise for close to eight years, most recently serving as Head – Finance & Accounts. During this tenure, he oversaw finance and accounting functions across 17 Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), trust standalone operations, asset management, and the investment manager. His responsibilities included ensuring compliance with SEBI InvIT regulations, managing treasury and taxation, coordinating with statutory and internal auditors, and leading budgeting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis across entities. He has also been actively involved in asset valuation, policy formulation, due diligence, and integration activities, including participation in mergers and acquisitions within the portfolio.
Prior to joining Interise, Srihari worked as Manager (F&A) at GVK, where he handled consolidated financials, tax compliance, financial projections, and regulatory requirements including SEBI, RBI, and FEMA frameworks. His earlier experience includes a stint at MB Holding Company LLC, where he managed MIS, budgeting, and IFRS-based consolidation.
He also spent over five years with Lanco, where he played a key role in financial consolidation, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and large-scale project finance operations across major power projects, including handling complex financial reporting, tax compliance, and coordination with auditors.
Srihari holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and has further strengthened his financial leadership capabilities through the CFO Programme in Accounting and Finance from Wharton Executive Education.
