Basel, Switzerland / International Region, May 2026 — Aarti A Kapoor has joined Sandoz as Head of People & Organization Operations for Region International, bringing with her extensive global expertise in HR operations, people transformation, service delivery, and organizational excellence.
In her new role, Aarti will lead international people and organization operations across Sandoz’s diverse regional footprint, focusing on workforce transformation, service delivery optimization, employee experience, operational excellence, and scalable HR systems.
Prior to joining Sandoz, Aarti served as Director – Global HR Operations & Service Delivery at McDonald’s, where she oversaw large-scale HR operations, strategic people services, and employee experience initiatives globally.
Before McDonald’s, she briefly served as Vice President – People Enablement & Service Delivery at Adani Group, further expanding her leadership across enterprise people systems and service transformation.
Her significant leadership tenure at PepsiCo included roles such as Director – People Operations & Service Delivery, People Experience and Transformation, and Capability Lead – HR Operations, Global Business Services, where she drove HR transformation, service innovation, and operational scaling.
Earlier, Aarti spent over seven years with Amazon, serving in senior HR services leadership roles, including Global Service Delivery Hub Leader – HR Services, where she led global HR operations, automation, diversity initiatives, transformation, and large-scale service delivery frameworks.
Her foundational HR and compliance expertise was further strengthened during her seven-year tenure at American Express, where she managed leave administration, HR compliance, operational excellence, and employee services.
Across her career, Aarti has built a remarkable portfolio in HR transformation, global operations, employee experience, service delivery, policy design, organizational restructuring, and leadership development.
