Hartford, Connecticut, United States, May 2026 — Sunil Kumar has started a new position as Global Head – Healthcare and Life Sciences at Quantiphi, bringing extensive leadership experience across healthcare payer strategy, digital transformation, AI-led modernization, client partnerships, and global delivery.
Before joining Quantiphi, Sunil spent eight years with Emids, where he held several senior leadership roles including Managing Partner & BU Head – Healthcare Payer, BU Head – Enterprise Healthcare Payer for East Coast & Blues, and Senior Vice President & SBU Head for Enterprise Healthcare Payers. He led major P&L portfolios, built high-performing client-facing teams, and drove AI-led transformation, data modernization, automation, and workflow innovation for healthcare payer organizations.
Earlier, Sunil held healthcare and technology leadership roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, HCL Technologies, and Infosys Technologies, building deep expertise in healthcare payer delivery, client relationship management, business development, IT services, and global operations.
