Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 – Kohler Co. has appointed Shikhar Singh as Head – Logistics & Distribution. In his new role, he will lead warehouse operations, distribution execution, logistics coordination, and e-commerce planning across the company’s supply chain network, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer fulfillment, and service reliability across channels.
Prior to joining Kohler Co., Shikhar Singh served as Nutraceuticals Planning Lead at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he played a key role in operationalising the supply chain for the nutraceutical joint venture between Dr. Reddy’s and Nestlé Health Science. He also contributed to planning digitization and process transformation initiatives, including Kinaxis-led supply chain transformation programs.
Earlier, he worked with 1K Kirana Bazaar as Director Supply Chain Operations, where he established and scaled supply chain and operations capabilities for the fast-growing retail business while leading a team of over 150 professionals. Before that, at Bira 91, he handled integrated planning and analytics initiatives supporting the company’s supply chain operations.
Shikhar also spent over five years with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories across multiple supply chain leadership roles including Strategic Sourcing, Central Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain Transformation. During this tenure, he worked on SAP APO implementation, inventory optimization, procurement planning, distribution planning, capacity planning, and KPI automation initiatives supporting large-scale global operations.
Earlier in his career, he gained operational and engineering experience in the maritime industry with organizations including Thome Group, Marine Solutionz Ship Management, and NYK Line, where he managed shipboard operations, maintenance planning, safety compliance, and infrastructure management in multinational environments.
With strong expertise across logistics, supply chain transformation, planning digitization, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution operations, Shikhar Singh brings significant operational leadership experience to Kohler’s growing business operations in India.
