Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, May 2026 — Ashok Jagetiya has started a new position as Chief Financial Officer at Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. (AESL), bringing extensive experience across finance leadership, business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, transaction structuring, project finance, debt syndication, working capital management, forex, cash management, and accounts. In his new role, he will support AESL’s financial strategy as the company continues expanding across power transmission, distribution, smart metering, and energy solutions.
Before joining Adani Energy Solutions Ltd., Ashok served as Chief Financial Officer – Adani Global Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, where he spent more than six years leading finance responsibilities for the group’s international business operations. Prior to that, he served as Associate Vice President – Finance at Adani Global Pte. Ltd., strengthening his experience across global finance, business strategy, and international operations.
Earlier, Ashok served as Chief Financial Officer at Adani Green Energy Limited, contributing to finance leadership within the renewable energy business. He also worked with Adani Advisory LLP as General Manager – Finance & Accounts, focusing on investment advisory, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international transaction structuring, and business strategy.
Ashok’s long association with the Adani Group also includes more than 11 years with Adani Wilmar Limited, where he handled project appraisal, finance, debt syndication, working capital management, mergers and acquisitions, forex, cash management, accounts, and secretarial matters. Earlier in his career, he worked with Gopala Polyplast Ltd. and Marwar Hotels Limited, building strong experience across finance, accounts, project finance, and accounting.
