Hyderabad, Telangana, India, June 2026 — Sai Tadepalli has joined Ideagen as India Talent Acquisition Leader. In his new role, he will lead Talent Acquisition for India, partnering closely with business leaders to attract exceptional talent, strengthen the employer brand, enhance candidate experience, and build talent strategies that support the company’s continued growth.
Prior to joining Ideagen, Sai Tadepalli served as Talent Acquisition Manager – Vendor Management at Prolifics, where he was responsible for talent acquisition and vendor management initiatives. Based in Hyderabad, he played a key role in supporting hiring strategies and talent operations while partnering with stakeholders to address evolving workforce requirements.
Before Prolifics, he worked as TA Lead at Uniphore, where he managed strategic talent acquisition for mission-critical Product and Platform Engineering teams. During his tenure, he was responsible for hiring specialized technology talent and supporting the company’s growth in highly competitive talent markets. He also served as Manager Recruitments – APAC at Pactera EDGE, leading Talent Acquisition teams across India and Singapore and driving regional recruitment initiatives.
A significant chapter of his career was spent at Diebold Nixdorf, where he served as Assistant Manager – HR APAC for nearly six years. In this role, he managed end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, background verification, medical checks, vendor management, and supported global transition projects involving the transfer of operations from the United States and Europe to India. His contributions helped strengthen talent acquisition and HR operations across multiple locations.
Earlier, Sai Tadepalli held Talent Acquisition roles with Apps Associates, Hitachi Consulting, and ProcessWeaver, Inc. During these assignments, he specialized in recruiting talent across Oracle Applications, SAP, PeopleSoft, Java, DevOps, Cloud Technologies, Business Intelligence, Information Security, Infrastructure Management Services, and various enterprise technology domains. He developed deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, niche hiring, and talent pipeline development.
He began his professional journey with RS Solutions and MT, where he managed end-to-end recruitment processes for a broad range of technology roles. Over the years, he built extensive expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, database development, recruiter training, and hiring for middle and senior management positions across diverse technology platforms and enterprise systems.
