With over 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership, hospital administration, clinical operations, and medical services, Dr. Suhasani has established herself as a respected healthcare leader with deep expertise in hospital management, quality accreditation, patient-centric care, and operational excellence. Throughout her career, she has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and implemented initiatives that enhance healthcare outcomes and strengthen organizational performance.
Since joining CK Birla Hospitals, India in 2021 as Medical Superintendent, Dr. Suhasani has played a pivotal role in strengthening clinical governance, improving operational processes, and enhancing patient care standards. She has been instrumental in driving quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and hospital accreditation efforts while fostering a culture of excellence across medical and clinical teams. Her leadership has contributed significantly to improving service delivery and supporting the hospital’s vision of providing accessible, ethical, and high-quality healthcare.
Prior to joining CK Birla Hospitals, Dr. Suhasani served as Facility Director at Surya Mother and Child Hospital, Jaipur, where she led hospital operations and strengthened clinical and administrative processes. Earlier, she spent over six years with Lineage Healthcare Ltd., progressing through multiple leadership roles including General Manager – Cocoon, Senior Manager, and Manager – Data & Resources. During this period, she gained extensive experience in hospital operations, healthcare administration, resource planning, and organizational management.
Earlier in her career, she served as Incharge Operations at SMRC VIVUS Hospital and began her professional journey as a Resident Doctor at Fortis Escorts, building a strong clinical foundation before transitioning into healthcare leadership. Her combination of medical expertise and administrative acumen has enabled her to successfully bridge clinical excellence with operational effectiveness.
