Prior Lake, Minnesota, United States, July 2026 — Otis Elevator Co. has appointed Molly Nuhring as Senior Vice President, Human Resources – Americas. In her new role, she will lead the people strategy across the Americas region, aligning talent, leadership, culture, and organizational capabilities with business priorities while advancing the future of work through innovative talent strategies, digital HR, leadership development, and data-driven people decisions.
Molly brings more than 17 years of human resources leadership experience spanning global talent acquisition, HR transformation, colleague experience, organizational development, HR technology, and strategic business partnering across manufacturing and industrial organizations.
Prior to assuming her new position, Molly served as Senior Vice President, Colleague Experience & Services at Otis Elevator Co., where she led the company’s global colleague services organization, overseeing HR operations, payroll, talent acquisition, HR technology, colleague experience, HR program delivery, and end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes. Her leadership helped modernize HR service delivery while strengthening employee experience across the enterprise.
Earlier, she served as Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition, establishing and leading Otis’ Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. During this period, she drove global recruiting transformation through employer branding, executive hiring, HR technology modernization, diversity and inclusion initiatives, recruitment process excellence, and enhanced candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Before that, Molly held successive leadership roles including Director – Talent, Associate Director – Talent, and Manager – HR Projects & Technology, where she led talent acquisition, talent development, HR information systems, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, analytics, reporting, and strategic HR projects across the Americas region. Her progressive leadership over more than a decade has contributed significantly to Otis’ evolution into a modern, digitally enabled people organization.
Prior to joining Otis, Molly spent more than four years with RB (formerly Reckitt Benckiser), where she held multiple senior HR business partnering roles across the United Kingdom and the United States. She supported commercial sales organizations, led HR for manufacturing facilities, partnered with site leadership teams, managed unionized operations, and drove workforce planning, employee relations, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness across complex business environments.
Earlier in her career, Molly worked with General Mills, first as an Associate Human Resources Manager, supporting manufacturing, engineering, logistics, finance, health, safety and environmental functions, and previously as a Human Resources Intern, gaining foundational experience in employee relations, talent management, and HR operations within large-scale manufacturing environments.
Molly holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Missouri State University, providing a strong academic foundation for her expertise in strategic human resources leadership and organizational transformation.
