Leanne Taylor Elevated to Group Head of People Development at Rentokil Initial

Camberley, United Kingdom, July 2026 — Rentokil Initial has elevated Leanne Taylor to the position of Group Head of People Development, recognizing her long-standing contribution to the organization’s global talent agenda.

Leanne takes on the expanded leadership role after serving as Group Head of Talent for more than nine years, where she led the company’s global talent strategy and supported the development of leadership and organizational capability across its international operations.

Prior to joining Rentokil Initial in 2017, Leanne was Talent Management Expert at Bayer, where she was responsible for the talent and learning & development strategy for approximately 1,000 employees across the UK and Ireland. Her work focused on attracting, developing, and retaining talent while creating opportunities for employees to realize their full potential.

Earlier, she served as Talent and Learning & Development Business Partner at Novartis, leading initiatives across talent management, capability building, employee engagement, onboarding, team development, and performance management.

Leanne also held the position of Learning & Development Manager (EMEA) at HTC, where she was responsible for performance management, talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, and career coaching across the region.

Before HTC, she spent more than five years with Autodesk as EMEA Training & Organizational Development Programs Manager, leading learning and organizational development initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She began her career with BAE, serving as Senior Learning & Development Advisor for five years.

With over two decades of experience in talent management, leadership development, learning, organizational development, employee engagement, and capability building, Leanne has established herself as an experienced people leader focused on developing high-performing organizations and future-ready talent.
