Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Jeena & Company has announced the appointment of Swati Ranade as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Announcing the appointment, the company said that its people are the driving force behind every milestone and expressed delight in welcoming Swati to the Jeena family. With more than 25 years of Corporate HR experience in the freight forwarding and supply chain industry, she brings deep expertise across the entire employee lifecycle, including employee engagement, HR policies, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Jeena & Company believes her strategic approach to building high-performing teams and fostering a people-centric culture will play a pivotal role in strengthening its workforce and supporting the company’s continued growth.
In her new role, Swati will lead the Group Human Resources function, bridging business strategy with people strategy while driving organizational capability, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR transformation across the enterprise.
Prior to joining Jeena & Company, Swati served as Head of Human Resources at Clearship Group, where she led the organization’s people agenda for more than four years.
Earlier, she was Head – Human Resource at Freightwalla, where she was responsible for leading the HR function during a key phase of the company’s growth.
Before that, she served as National Manager – Human Resources at Linfox, managing HR initiatives for the logistics organization’s India operations.
Interestingly, this marks a return to Jeena & Company, where she previously spent over three years in leadership roles, first as Country Head – HR and later as Consultant – Human Resources, contributing significantly to the company’s people strategy.
Earlier in her career, Swati spent more than six years with DSV Air and Sea Private Limited as General Manager – Human Resources, where she managed the complete spectrum of HR activities with a strong focus on employee development.
She also gained cross-industry HR leadership experience at Quinnox Consultancy Services as Manager – HCM, overseeing end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, deployment, employee engagement, learning and development, before beginning her HR career at Exel India Private Limited, where she progressed from Management Trainee to Assistant Manager, handling recruitment, deployment, training, HR business partnering, and HR operations.
With over two decades of leadership experience across logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, and technology organizations, Swati brings deep expertise in strategic HR, organizational transformation, leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, HR policies, and people strategy.
