Miami, Florida, United States, July 2026 — ABA Centers of America has appointed Evin O Driscoll as Vice President, Sales & Revenue Operations, reinforcing its commercial leadership as the organization continues to expand access to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services across the United States.
In his new role, Evin will lead Sales & Revenue Operations across more than 80 territories organized into three regions, overseeing regional sales leadership, field business development, revenue operations, analytics, and commercial execution. He will focus on strengthening sales effectiveness, improving lead quality and conversion, building scalable operational processes, and driving sustainable revenue growth while enhancing accountability across the organization.
Prior to this appointment, Evin served as Senior Director, Enterprise Applications (Sales Operations) at ABA Centers of America, where he led Salesforce and front-office application strategy, translating business objectives into scalable technology roadmaps while driving adoption, analytics, and operational excellence. Earlier, he served as Director, Salesforce and Analytics, enabling business growth across North America through data, automation, and Salesforce transformation initiatives.
Before joining ABA Centers of America, Evin founded HealthForce by Coach Evin, serving as Executive Coach, where he helped Salesforce professionals improve health and wellness while simultaneously raising awareness and funding for ALS research. During this period, he oversaw business strategy, customer engagement, marketing, sales, and operational growth.
He also worked as an Independent Salesforce Engagement Lead, delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations and digital transformation programmes for clients across multiple industries.
Earlier in his career, Evin spent four years with Accenture, where he held several leadership positions including Practice Director – Manufacturing (US South), Practice Director – Salesforce Field Service (US South), and Senior Manager – Salesforce Business Group, leading enterprise digital transformation, Salesforce delivery, go-to-market strategy, Centers of Excellence, and large cross-functional consulting teams.
Prior to Accenture, he served as Director, Sales & Marketing at Whole Lemon, driving commercial growth, customer acquisition, and digital marketing strategy for a health and wellness brand.
Evin also spent nearly nine years with Hologic, Inc., progressing through roles including Lead Business Partner, Senior Business Analyst, and System Administrator, where he led customer experience transformation, Salesforce implementation, enterprise process improvement, and global service operations initiatives. He began his professional journey with Iron Mountain as a Quality Assurance intern.
With nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning sales operations, revenue operations, Salesforce transformation, customer experience, analytics, digital transformation, commercial strategy, enterprise applications, and business operations, Evin brings extensive expertise in building scalable commercial organizations and driving operational excellence.
