New York, United States, July 2026 — The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. has appointed Madeleine Boyd as Senior Vice President, Global Brand Communications, strengthening its global communications leadership as the company advances its Beauty Reimagined vision across its world-renowned portfolio of prestige beauty brands.
In her new role, Madeleine will lead global brand communications for The Estée Lauder Companies’ portfolio spanning skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare, shaping integrated communications strategies that strengthen brand equity, consumer engagement, and global storytelling across one of the beauty industry’s most iconic brand portfolios.
Madeleine joins The Estée Lauder Companies after serving as Global Senior Vice President, Beauty & Wellness at Together Group, where she led beauty and wellness strategy across multiple specialist agencies. Prior to that, she spent nearly seven years at KARLA OTTO, progressing through a series of senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President – Global Beauty & Wellness, Vice President – Strategy, Global Beauty & Wellness, and Director – Creative & Digital Strategy and Global Beauty Lead, advising many of the world’s leading luxury beauty and lifestyle brands.
Earlier in her career, Madeleine served as Head of Marketing & Digital at Jo Loves, Digital Content Manager at MECCA Brands, Beauty Editor at Beauticate, Fashion and Lifestyle Publicist at EVH, and began her career at VOGUE Australia, where she held editorial and fashion communications roles. Throughout her career, she has built deep expertise at the intersection of luxury branding, communications, editorial strategy, digital marketing, consumer engagement, and beauty innovation.
Across her professional journey, Madeleine has developed extensive expertise in Global Brand Communications, Luxury Brand Strategy, Beauty Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Digital Strategy, Consumer Engagement, Content Strategy, Editorial Leadership, Brand Storytelling, Integrated Marketing, Reputation Management, Influencer Strategy, Creative Strategy, and Global Brand Development.
