Chetna has been an integral part of Urban Company for over four years, steadily progressing through key leadership roles. Prior to her promotion, she served as Associate Vice President – Rewards and People Excellence, following her tenure as Senior Manager – Rewards & People Excellence. In her new role as Director – People Success, she will lead the organization’s people success agenda, driving strategic initiatives across rewards, performance excellence, employee experience, and talent programs to support Urban Company’s continued growth.

Before joining Urban Company, Chetna spent nearly five years at RIVIGO, where she led Performance, Rewards & HR Transformation. During her tenure, she spearheaded the implementation of the Darwinbox HRMS platform, automated end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, redesigned performance management systems, developed organization-wide rewards and compensation strategies, and partnered with business leaders on talent management, employee relations, and HR transformation initiatives. She also played a pivotal role in scaling campus hiring, strengthening HR analytics, and driving enterprise-wide change management programs.

Chetna holds a Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management from the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, equipping her with a strong foundation in strategic human resource management and organizational excellence.
