Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 – Abhimanyu Rathore has joined Godrej Properties Limited as Head – HR, Mumbai Zone, bringing with him extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across FMCG, telecom, and technology-driven organisations.
In his new role, Abhimanyu will lead the people agenda for the Mumbai Zone, aligning talent strategy with business growth, enabling leadership capability, and strengthening performance and culture across one of the company’s most critical geographies.
Prior to this, he spent over five years with Tata Consumer Products, most recently serving as Director – HR, Ready to Drink Business. During his tenure, he held multiple strategic HR leadership roles across sales, global digital, finance, marketing, and integrated functions. As Associate Director – Sales HR, he conceptualised and executed a comprehensive sales talent management strategy, driving talent movements, development initiatives, and diversity & inclusion programs. He also partnered with global leadership teams to orchestrate cultural transformation, performance management excellence, and leadership capability building.
Earlier in his career, Abhimanyu held key HR Business Partner roles at VOIS, Airtel, and Siemens, managing large, matrixed teams and leading workforce transformation initiatives. His early professional journey began at Tata Consultancy Services, after which he pursued an MBA in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, strengthening his foundation in strategic human capital management.
With deep expertise in HR transformation, change management, talent strategy, and leadership advisory, Abhimanyu’s appointment reinforces Godrej Properties’ commitment to building high-performance, future-ready teams.
