India, April 2026 — Syngenta India has welcomed Adarsh Kulkarni to his new role as National Sales Manager (NSM) – North & West India. His elevation marks an important milestone in his long-standing journey with the company and reflects Syngenta’s confidence in his leadership across sales, portfolio management, and product strategy in the agriculture sector.
Before taking on this role, Adarsh Kulkarni served at Syngenta India as Division Sales Manager. Prior to that, he held the role of Portfolio Head, and earlier worked as Product Manager. His progression through these positions over more than nine years at the company highlights a strong and steady internal growth path shaped by commercial leadership, category understanding, and market execution.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Rallis India Ltd as Product Manager, where he handled sales and P&L for the allotted product portfolio and contributed to market segmentation, product strategy, crop segmentation, forecasting, business development, and demand creation programs. In that role, he also worked closely with research, product development, supply chain, logistics, and sales teams, while supporting new product launches, product positioning, co-marketing initiatives, and competitor analysis.
Prior to Rallis India Ltd, Adarsh Kulkarni served as Product Manager – Vegetables at Nuziveedu Seeds Limited. Before that, he worked at DuPont as Area Sales Manager and earlier as Area Sales Executive, strengthening his hands-on experience in sales leadership and regional market development. He also spent more than two years at Dow AgroSciences as Business Sales Executive, further building his foundation in agribusiness sales and field execution. Earlier in his journey, he completed a summer internship with Coromandel Fertilizers, where he gained insights into rural consumers and the dynamics of rural retail business.
His career path reflects deep and consistent experience across agribusiness sales, product management, portfolio strategy, rural markets, and commercial growth. With leadership exposure across major agriculture and crop solutions companies, Adarsh Kulkarni brings a strong and well-rounded industry profile to his new role at Syngenta India.
