Effective April 1, 2026, Saly Nguyen will lead the Vietnam operations, focusing on strengthening client partnerships, driving operational excellence, and advancing the firm’s growth in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic markets. Her elevation reflects the organization’s confidence in her leadership and deep understanding of the business.
Since joining TMF Group in 2022 as Director, Saly Nguyen has played a key role in supporting the company’s expansion and delivering high-quality client services across the region. Over the past few years, she has contributed to strengthening operational frameworks and enhancing service delivery standards in Vietnam.
Prior to this, she spent nearly a decade at Talentnet Corporation as Associate Director, where she built extensive expertise in HR consulting, talent advisory, and workforce solutions, working closely with organizations to align people strategies with business objectives.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Manager at KPMG Vietnam, where she developed strong foundations in professional services, advisory, and client engagement, gaining valuable experience in managing complex business environments.
With over 15 years of professional experience, Saly Nguyen brings a well-rounded perspective across consulting, advisory, and global business services, positioning her strongly to lead TMF Vietnam’s next phase of growth.
