Singapore, June 2026 — Aditi Mahadevan Nair has joined JPMorganChase as Head of Human Resources, Singapore, bringing more than two decades of distinguished human resources leadership experience across global banking and financial services organizations. Her appointment reinforces JPMorganChase’s commitment to strengthening its people strategy and leadership capabilities in one of its key Asia-Pacific markets.
In her new role, Nair will lead the human resources function for JPMorganChase in Singapore, overseeing talent strategy, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and people transformation initiatives. She joins the firm with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving strategic human capital programs across diverse international markets.
Prior to joining JPMorganChase, Nair served as Managing Director and Head of Human Resources – Asia Pacific at Barclays, where she was responsible for leading the people agenda across the region. During her tenure, she partnered closely with senior business leaders to drive talent management, organizational transformation, leadership effectiveness, and workforce strategy initiatives across one of the world’s leading financial institutions.
Before Barclays, Nair spent nearly 18 years with Citi, holding a series of increasingly senior leadership positions across India and Singapore. Her roles included Chief Human Resources Officer – India & South Asia, APAC Head of Talent, Learning and Diversity, APAC HR Head – Markets and Securities Services, and several senior HR business partner and rewards leadership positions. Throughout her Citi career, she led major talent development, diversity and inclusion, organizational development, rewards, and leadership transformation programs across the Asia-Pacific region.
Earlier in her professional journey, Nair spent nearly three years with Bharti Airtel, where she contributed to management development, performance management, organizational capability building, and employee development initiatives. A graduate of the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, where she earned an MBA in Human Resources and Finance, she has built an impressive career centered on developing people strategies that drive business growth and organizational success.
