Lima, Peru, November 2024 – Alan M. has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources EM Andean Region at Kimberly-Clark, overseeing HR functions across Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Bolivia. In his new role, Alan will focus on driving HR strategies, fostering talent development, and supporting Kimberly-Clark’s growth within the Andean region.
Alan brings a wealth of HR experience from his nearly decade-long tenure with Kimberly-Clark. Previously, he served as the Senior Human Resources Manager for Colombia, Ecuador, and Venezuela, where he led strategic HR initiatives and supported organizational growth through targeted HR planning and employee engagement. Prior to this role, he was the HR Manager for Finance and Global Business Services in Latin America, based in Costa Rica, where he optimized HR processes to align with the company’s regional goals.
In earlier roles at Kimberly-Clark, Alan held various HR management positions, including HR Manager for Operations & Supply Chain in Peru and Bolivia and Senior HR Business Partner in Peru. His extensive experience in HR management within multinational corporations has equipped him with a deep understanding of cross-cultural and cross-functional HR operations.
Alan’s career journey also includes valuable roles at Alicorp and PepsiCo, where he gained expertise as an HR Business Partner supporting sales, operations, and labor relations functions. His foundational HR experience began as a Human Resources Coordinator at Alicorp and as an HR Analyst at Grupo AJE.
