New Delhi, India, May 2026 – Alka M. has been promoted to Vice President – Human Resources at Campus Activewear Ltd, marking a significant milestone in her HR leadership journey. In this role, she will continue to drive talent strategy, employee lifecycle management, and organizational development for one of India’s fastest-growing sportswear brands.
Alka M. has been associated with Campus Activewear Ltd for over five years, steadily progressing through key leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Associate Vice President – HR, following her tenure as General Manager – HR, where she led talent management and employee lifecycle initiatives, playing a critical role in strengthening the company’s people practices.
Prior to joining Campus, she served as Lead – Retail HR at Reliance Brands Limited, where she managed HR business partnering for fashion and lifestyle brands across India. Her role included leading HRBP teams, driving performance management, and leveraging HR analytics to support business decision-making. She was also recognized with the Best Employee Award in a support function.
Earlier, she spent over seven years at The SPA Group as Head HR & Admin, where she played a pivotal role in building HR processes, supporting business expansion into new verticals, and managing a large, geographically dispersed workforce.
Her career also includes roles at Talisman and OMAM Consultants Services Pvt Ltd, where she gained early experience in business development and HR consulting, including working on key mandates for global clients.
Alka holds a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resources from Amity University Gurgaon, equipping her with strong academic and professional foundations in HR leadership.
