Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Shapoorji Pallonji – Engineering & Construction (SP E&C) has announced the appointment of Jaspreet Bhullar as Chief Executive Officer, effective May 2, 2026. He will be based at the company’s head office in Mumbai and will lead the organization through its next phase of growth and transformation.
With over 35 years of experience across engineering, construction, and infrastructure, Jaspreet Bhullar brings deep industry expertise and a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation, improving operational performance, and delivering complex, high-value projects.
Jaspreet Bhullar joins Shapoorji Pallonji Engineering & Construction after serving as Managing Director & CEO at Hindustan Construction Company, where he led business turnaround initiatives, enhanced project delivery standards, and strengthened operational efficiency across key projects.
Prior to this, he held leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer at Hindustan Construction Company, further reinforcing his expertise in driving strategic transformation and operational excellence.
He also served as Managing Director at Multiplex, where he led high-rise building projects and strengthened business operations in India.
Earlier in his career, Jaspreet spent nearly a decade with Leighton India, serving as Chief Executive Officer / Head, where he led major infrastructure projects and business expansion initiatives. He also held senior roles at Leighton India JV entities, contributing to large-scale infrastructure development.
His early career includes leadership roles at GS E&C and major infrastructure projects such as the Nathpa Jhakri Hydroelectric Project, where he developed strong expertise in project management, planning, and execution.
With a distinguished career spanning global and Indian construction organizations, Jaspreet Bhullar brings a strong blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and industry expertise to his new role.
