Before this elevation, Amar Kasturi served as Sr. Vice President and Head Corporate Quality at Encube Ethicals. He was also associated with the company as Vice President, reflecting a strong internal leadership journey within the organization. Earlier in his career, he was associated with Par Pharmaceutical as Associate Vice President Quality Control and later as Associate Vice President, with Macleods Pharmaceutical Private Limited as Assistant Vice President, and with Mylan Laboratories Limited as Head of Quality Control – Complex Injectables. These assignments reflect a strong progression across senior quality leadership roles in the pharmaceutical sector.
In the earlier phase of his professional journey, Amar Kasturi worked with Apotex Research Pvt. Ltd as Manager, with Sandoz Pvt. Ltd as Sr. Scientist, and with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd Formulations and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in quality-focused roles. Together, his experience across Encube Ethicals, Par Pharmaceutical, Macleods Pharmaceutical Private Limited, Mylan Laboratories Limited, Apotex Research Pvt. Ltd, Sandoz Pvt.
