Pune, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Amit Gajwani has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Mastek, succeeding Prameela Kalive, who will superannuate from the COO role by the end of June.
With over 28 years of global leadership experience, Amit Gajwani brings deep expertise in operations, client success, enterprise growth, global delivery, sales strategy, and digital transformation. In his new role, he will strengthen Mastek’s global leadership team and support the company’s growth across enterprise AI, digital, and cloud services.
Prior to joining Mastek, Amit served at LTIMindtree, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including VP and Global Head – Europe, UK & Africa. In this role, he led a $500 million business unit across 140+ customers, nine industries, six geographies, and 8,500 consultants, focusing on P&L growth, AI-led transformation, operational excellence, and enterprise-wide strategy.
Earlier at LTIMindtree and LTI, he led global delivery and business portfolios across communication, media, entertainment, travel, transportation, and hospitality, driving digital transformation, bid management, customer-centric innovation, market expansion, and talent growth.
Before LTIMindtree, Amit spent nearly 22 years with Cybage, where he held leadership roles including EVP – Global Business Leader, Senior Vice President – Sales, Strategy and Growth, and VP – Delivery & Account Management. At Cybage, he led global sales, strategic accounts, delivery portfolios, revenue expansion, and long-term growth strategies. He began his career as a System Analyst at Infosys.
