Mexico City, Mexico, May 2025 – Ana Patricia Sánchez has started a new role as Head of Talent Acquisition México at Ricoh Latin America Inc. In this strategic role, she will lead the country’s talent acquisition efforts, drive recruitment innovation, and align hiring initiatives with Ricoh’s digital transformation agenda across Latin America.
Prior to this appointment, Ana Patricia was part of Mercado Libre, where she contributed to talent initiatives within the Online Acquisition function, supporting the company’s fast-paced digital hiring needs.
Before that, she worked at Michael Page, serving as Recruitment and Commercial Manager and Managing Consultant – Finance & Legal, where she led executive searches and talent strategies for clients across Mexico City.
Earlier in her career, she spent over two years at Page Personnel, progressing through roles such as Senior Consultant – Finance & Taxes and Managing Consultant – Finance & Tax, covering sectors including finance, construction, telecommunications, and manufacturing.
Her foundation in inclusive hiring and strategic operations was built during her tenure at Secretaría de Educación Pública, where she designed impactful diversity and inclusion frameworks. Additionally, at BioGenera AC, she expanded operational capacity, boosted brand engagement, and enhanced stakeholder partnerships.
