Ancy Nimsha Sreenivasan joins Zywave as Head of People & Culture, APAC

Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Ancy Nimsha Sreenivasan has taken on a new role as Head of People & Culture, APAC at Zywave, where she will lead HR strategy to support the expansion of Zywave’s India Center of Excellence and its broader APAC footprint. In this role, she will build and operationalize local HR infrastructure, align regional operations with global culture, and drive talent programs that support Zywave’s high-growth journey across engineering, product, and customer support teams.

Prior to this, Ancy served as Vice President Human Resources at IntraEdge, where she advised senior management on HR policies and strategies, championed corporate initiatives, and led efforts across compensation, talent development, and HR transformation for over a year. Simultaneously, she was also associated with BDV Solutions as Senior HR Advisor, supporting culture building and team scaling between India and the U.S.

Before that, she was Senior Director – HR, APAC/APJ at EDB, where she provided strategic leadership across a diverse set of countries and business functions. She focused on enhancing organizational capability, leadership engagement, and the skills charter to support EDB’s business success across the region.

Earlier, she was Head of HR (APAC) at Contentserv, where she led HR strategy across multiple countries including India, Japan, Australia, and China. Her responsibilities included talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development, labor laws, performance management systems, and HR process optimization.

In previous years, she also held senior HR leadership roles at AffinityX as Associate Vice President – HR, and IBM India, where she spent nearly a decade across functions including employee relations, labor law compliance, HR systems, recruitment, and professional development. Her career began at Altitudes Executive Search and Arviva Industries, giving her a comprehensive grounding in HR operations and talent management.

Ancy holds an MBA (Dual Degree) in Human Resource & Marketing Management from Faculty of Management Studies – The CMM. She is known for her expertise in HR transformation, employee engagement, change management, and inclusive leadership development across geographies.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
