Prior to joining Giacom, Andy Riley served as Group People Development Lead at THG, where he managed L&D strategies across the organization, emphasizing return on investment and executive development. His tenure at THG helped him develop a comprehensive approach to talent development, directly benefiting the company’s growth and employee engagement initiatives.
Andy’s experience extends to Fanatics, Inc., where he held the role of L&D Manager. During this time, he worked on implementing learning management systems and talent development strategies, which supported business objectives and empowered employees across various locations in the United Kingdom.
At New Balance, Andy took on multiple roles, including Operations Manager EMEA and L&D Manager, EMEA. Over a span of nearly three and a half years, he was instrumental in driving both operational and L&D strategies, focusing on team development and aligning training programs with New Balance’s European business objectives.
Andy’s extensive background includes over a decade with Vodafone, where he progressed through various roles, including Leadership Development Consultant and Capability Build Specialist. His work at Vodafone established his strong foundation in leadership development and talent acquisition, equipping him with the skills to guide and support talent at all levels of an organization.
