London, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Angela Dunn has joined Brook as the Head of People and OD, where she will lead the organization’s people strategy, organizational development, and HR initiatives to support Brook’s mission of providing accessible sexual health and wellbeing services. She will focus on strengthening workplace culture, employee engagement, and talent development to ensure a thriving and inclusive work environment.
Prior to joining Brook, Dunn was Head of People at Stop Domestic Abuse, where she led HR strategy, employee wellbeing programs, and workforce planning to support a critical frontline service. Before this, she held roles as HR and Wellbeing Manager and People Services Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping HR policies, staff engagement, and leadership development.
Earlier in her career, Dunn served at Havant & South Downs College (HSDC) in various leadership roles, including Interim Head of People Services and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Her contributions included developing HR policies, managing talent acquisition strategies, and supporting workforce transformation initiatives.
With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership & Management from the University of Portsmouth, Dunn brings a strong background in HR leadership, organizational change, and employee wellbeing to her new role at Brook.
